The beginning of this running training has left me exhausted! This is just day 2 and I am already fatigued to no end. So far I we have traveled 3 miles both nights. I go from light pole to light pole. For the first mile and half I run to one light pole walk to the next and so on. On the way back, I am desperately trying to catch my breath! I'm not tired but I just can't BREATHE! Starting to think I may have asthma. Not gonna quit though.
We have even started eating better. I am cooking lean meals with emphasis on veggies, no fried, no processed, and snacks in between. At night, I am drinking a protein shake instead of eating. This is a GREAT help in indigestion. I can actually sleep all night long with out having to sit up to sleep!
This is a start to a different lifestyle and a different life! I am no longer going to be the mom that is too tired to play with her kids. They grow up too fast and I want to be sure to hold on to every minute possible! Besides, I am too young to feel so old!
This is a short post but at least now you know the basis of my blog. Feel free to add any helpful words of advice, recipes, etc. I can use all the help I can get! :)
